November 1-7: 300 calories a day (cardio)
November 8-21: Fruit (cardio)
November 22-23: Fast
November 24: Thanksgiving (with restraint)
November 25-26: Fast
November 28 - December 3: Fruit
December 4-21: ABC
December 22-23: Fast
December 24-25: Christmas Dinner?
December 26-28: Fast
December 29-30: Fast
December 31 - January 1: New Year’s Eve (alcohol?)
January 2: Fast
January 3 - whenever: Finish ABC from where December 21st left off/start over
Here’s the logic behind this.
In the first week, I can lose a maximum of 7 pounds.
In the two weeks after that, I could possibly lose a maximum of 15 pounds.
The four days worth of fasting around Thanksgiving could either maintain my weight or cause a maximum loss of 1 pound.
With the week of fruit after that, I could lose maybe 4-5 pounds.
3 weeks of ABC might result in up to 8 pounds of weight loss.
Five days of fasting around a day that has potential to be full of calories could either maintain my weight or cause a maximum loss of 1 pound.
Eating minimally on New Year’s Eve and drinking paired with a fast would probably maintain my weight, if not, 1 pound if I get a miracle.
And ABC from January 3rd to either the end of January or February (depending on where I start again) would probably lead to another 8-10 pound loss?
So basically, I can lose a MAXIMUM of 45 pounds. Like, if Jesus Christ is spoon feeding me everything I’ll be eating for the next couple months. I’m thinking 30-35 would be great, given that I don’t mess up. This is such a rough estimation too. But I also didn’t go too crazy with the estimations.. This is definitely awesome motivation. If I could lose 45 pounds by the beginning of March, that would put me at 125!! That’s crazy. And by January 1st, I could be a MAXIMUM of 35 pounds lighter. I’ll aim for 25-30. But damn. I really need to stick to this.
Maybe I’ll start Apidexin when I’m down to 150. Just so I can take it for a month long period where the effects will be maximized.
Cardio a minimum of 4 days a week. UGH LET’S GOOOO
